Email Subjects - More Information

Dear All,

Can anyone provide furthe rinformation on how to display more information in the subject strap line for incoming alerts for the server and applciation monitor?

We have been told by SW that this cannot be done - surely someone has customised the subject line to include information that can provide a basic summary of the event log alert.

This has to be related to fields with SQL...

Please help!

The subject line is fully configurable for each alert as configured through the Advanced Alert Manager. You can also utilize Macros/Variables in the subject line for dynamic information. You can find a many of the variables listed in the Administrators Guide.
