Looking for report on port descriptions

I'm looking to see if anyone has a report listing all switch ports, the port description, the ip/mac/hostname of the device plugged into that port? We want to start auditing our switches to find ports where the actually device plugged into the port doesn't match what's been set up in the switch port description.

This would be a VERY helpuf report in Cirrus but if it can't be done we are looking at scripting something ourselves.
