Application alerts are not cleared

Hi Guys,

    we are facing the problem. one server application down. we got alerts from solarwinds .these alerts are not cleared. Please suggest that

we have alredy provide reset action also

Alert me when a component or service goes down

This alert will write to the SolarWinds event log when a node goes down and when a node comes back up again.

Can you supply a screenshot of your trigger and reset conditions, for the alert?

Or the SWQL for each?

It will give us a much better idea of what your working on.
