We are using AppStack to monitor 2 web servers so that we can generate a weekly report for our website administrator. The monitor was working without an issue before last weeks upgrade to NPM 12 and SAM 6.2.4. Both web servers are windows boxes running in an ESX environment. Since the upgrade we can no longer gather statistics on such things as our network cards or our hard drives. The agent sees the 2 hard drives for the system but does not return any statistics. It looks like it sees the components but doesn't pass back any information.
Has anyone else encountered this issue since upgrading? If so, is there a work-around? Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be changed to allow the information to get back to our Solarwinds server? Thanks.
