When using RTCN my username is allways "Real-Time Config Change Configuration" I need it to be the user

When using RTCN my username is allways "Real-Time Config Change Configuration"

How do I see the user that made the change? The user shows in the syslog....

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
