How do I get templates to access my SCP.

I run in the template for upgrading the IOS, but no change on the switch and the SCP server does not show any transfer at all.

Can you please provide more information? Exactly what IOS Upgrade Config Change Template are you referring to? Are you getting any error messages at all? If it is a custom thwack template that you've imported, make sure to check the readme or instructions for the template. You can also turn on "Tracing" in NCM which is basically debug to get more information.
