Cisco 877-K9
FormerMember
We have bunch of Cisco 877-K9 at remote locations. They are connected to central office by ADSL lines via ADSL ports. Also, they are connected to central office by GPRS modem via USB port of Cisco. GPRS modem doesn't have SNMP support.
1) How can we see the connection status (green or red) of ADSL and GPRS ports of Cisco 877-K9 on Orion v8 located in central office server?
2) How can we create a historical report of on-line and off-line positions and connection durations of these ports ? Does Orion v8 continuously record the logs ? Where can these logs be stored under what name ?
3) Do we need a SYSLOG server to record the logs and interpret the historical data for drawing charts ?
4) Can we integrate LMS (Ciscoworks LAN Management Solution) and CSM (Cisco Security Manager) with Orion v8 ?
5) Does Orion v8 run separately from LMS and CMS or can we see LMS and CMS in Orion v8 sessions ? Are they interoperable in Orion v8 ?
