There is this custom reset action ("send an email") for a volume capacity alert that refuses to be saved. That is, I save it - either within the alert or in "Action Manager" - yet when I reopen it, it doesn't get saved - still has old values.
Saving the entire alert doesn't help.
I wouldn't have brought it up but this isn't the first time this is happening and I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this, and if so, what worked for you to resolve it. Restart the Solarwinds server? Alerting services? Duplicate the action and discard the original one?
