Trouble with the new "Discovered Links" Report in NCM 6.0

Hi,

We just upgraded to NCM 6.0 and all is well, except for the new reports available, "Discovered Links" and "Wireless Host Mapping". When I try and select these reports from the "What's New in NCM v6.0" info page on the main Config Summary page, they error out. I've re-run both the NPM and NCM configuration managers to rebuild the website, ect. Also, I've re-done the integration piece. Screen shot below.

Another issue could be related to specific NPM account limitations which has been setup on the Orion server.

Can you check to see if this is the issue?

Can you try running a Repair on the NCM 6 Integration Module from the Add/Remove Programs?

Just curious, but did you install the RC (release candidate) or did you download and install the latest from the support portal?

I had originally installed the RC and upgraded the RC to the official release. I've done a repair install on the integration piece and still no luck.

This is the full error message:

Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Discovered Links.OrionReport'

Thanks for the update. My suggestion is to open a support ticket so that we can further investigate the issue. I'll take a look at the support case once it is opened. I find it odd that it is not properly upgrading from RC to the one posted on the portal and would like to investigate it deeper.
