APM Alert Question

Ok so this basically whats happening.

When some of my servers do a reboot and their are being monitored through apm i get 2 alerts one for the server rebooting and the other for the apm going down. Is there a way to make it so apm only send the alert if the application goes down but not when the node is down or rebooted ?

I tried to add a last boot clause in the alert suppresion field but i can use the Has Changed item there.

One method to accomplish this (that I use) is to add the following to the Trigger Condition, not the Alert Suppression:

Node Status is not equal to Down

i already have that for when an a node is down. The issue is it sends it when a node is rebooted.

Ok so you have one alert for reboots and down nodes or are they two separate alerts? You also said that you already have that statement added but is it in Alert Suppression or the Trigger Condition?

i have seperate alerts for down, reboots and apm. it is in the trigger condition not the suppression.
