Send Page error

Trying to get Send Page to work but getting the following error, Cannot execute Send Page (SendPage.exe) Invalid procedure or argument. It use to work but then just stopped and get this error everytime I try to even open Send Page. Not getting any alerts. What could be wrong.

The SendPage functionality relies upon PageGate integration, a 3rd party component which is licensed and installed separate from Orion.
