Report for nodes failing snmp

I have scoured thwack and solarwinds, every time I think I got close it turned out not to work or I was uncomfortable with the result.

All I need is a report that shows all nodes that are configured to use snmp but are failing, bad username and password is what most them show. seems like this would be easy, but it is just not. I have seen the weird queries where you look at volume, or cpu, or last time polled utc, but that just does not pass the fitness test with me. this information is displayed on the web console. in several places, either when you do a list resources (you get an error) or when you hit edit node and test, and I understand that those two actions may or not be in the DB for every node failing, but the Hardware details section shows Hardware polling failed: error 31216-SNMPv3 Unknown UserName, so if I could just find that in the DB it would be a great start.

If anyone knows an out of the box report that would do this or a table/column name to get the data from, that would be wonderful.
