In this webinar, Rob Hock and Glenn Gray will discuss DameWare Remote Support and how it can replace many of the tools sys admins use daily. DameWare Remote Support is comprehensive remote administration software that includes powerful remote control options for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux computers.
With DameWare Remote Support you can troubleshoot remote computers without having to initiate full remote control sessions with remote Windows administration features. With these tools you can access remote computers via the DameWare console to view event logs, manage disks and shares, start/stop/restart services and processes, and monitor system performance among other things. You can also manage multiple Active Directory Domains and perform tasks like creating or editing user accounts and editing Group Policies.
Throughout the webinar, Rob & Glenn will be taking technical questions about DRS as well as how licensing works.
In the demo portion of the webinar, Rob & Glenn will show:
