9216i Config Download

Looking for a reason why the four 9216i's Cisco Switches we have are not downloading configs?

I have the protocols set for telnet. When it attempts to d/l I get the following error.

Cannot enter Enable Level 0 : % invalid command detected at '^' marker.

 

Any one have these switches and if so how are you able to d/l configs.

Thanks, but I got my answer from tech support.

working fine now. For anyone in the furture, must change Enable level to <no enable level> in the field.
