Hello All... I'm new to posting questions, but for the life of me I can't figure out why when I try to compare nodes, the second configuration just keeps sitting in a loading state.
Please help
How many nodes are you selecting? If you're selecting a large number of nodes and have weeks or months worth of configs, I could see something like that happening.
Select one node with a small config and select the same config on both sides. Does that work? If not, open a case or provide more details.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the delay, I was off work yesterday. I've tried comparing 2 nodes and I've tried comparing configs off the same node but different dates.
I'll select one node, then check compare nodes. The option comes up to select the configs you would like to compare, so I select the startup for today and try to compare it to the config of last week. The first config selected will load, then when I select the comparison config for the second one, it stays in a loading condition and never compares the configs.

Once again, thanks for your response Coen. We performed the same action on another server and it worked perfectly. So, we're thinking it may be some files missing or corrupted files.
