Network Config Manager - Extreme XOS device script not working to download config

Hi Thwackers

We have the licensed versions of NPM, NCM and Netflow installed and working, however we are having one problem with NCM5.0.

The problem we are having is within NCMv5.0 and downloading the config for Extreme XOS devices only. All other devices (Extreme ExtremeWare, Cisco, Riverbed etc) work well. Attached are the device script and traces to both XOS devices when doing the ‘Download Config’ Command.

Note: SSH logon and SNMP credentials all working and both XOS devices in question are successfully monitored using NPM.

I appreciate all help that I can get
