Create a custom report to look for config details

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to the advanced features that Solarwinds can provide, and I'm working to create a custom report via the report writer.

In my environment, I want to analyze only Cisco catalyst switches, and look to see if a specific ACL is in the running-config or not.

Is that possible, or is that outside of the scope of the reports feature? Thanks!

Hi,

You could use a compliance report which looks for policy that contains rule as below:

^access-list name XYZ

Then you add this rule to new policy and you can then make a report based on that policy.

Should solve your issue.
