Not detecting real time config change in Orion NCM 5.0

Hi Support,

We are not getting any real time alerts in NCM 5.0 on top 10 changes in main page,

I need to download the config every time from Orion NCM Server,

Is there any automated process is there to find out real time changes.

Realtime change detection requires configuring your devices to send syslog or SNMP trap events to NCM for network config changes. Please see the NCM v5 Admin Guide for details on how this is configured.

An alternative is to setup a recurring config backup job that runs on some periodic interval (e.g. every 15 minutes).
