I am trying to view the guest OS data in the comparison view, and the Guest button is greyed out. I have checked a few VMs, and the issue appears to be isolated to VMs running Windows 2008 R2. Is this a known issue, and is there a way around it?
The guest information in the compare (DNA) view comes from WMI, so this probably indicates that not WMI data is being collected from those particular VMs. Troubleshooting the WMI connectivity is probably a good first step.
