Sensor SNMP test failed!

Hi everybody.

I have a temp and humidity sensor that I want to get them through SNMP. the community string is embeded as "Public" and the IP is 172.16.76.81.

I have ping of the sensor but when it comes to SNMP it gives me "test failed". I test it with Wireshark and it response me like below.

But again it show "test failed".

please give me a solution.

Change community string for public too in the device, And see if configurate for only read or Red/write.

between devces have firewall´s ??

Can you set in device for informations snmp get only Orion server ??

Show us the device configurate please.

Soory, I didn't understand what you say.

but as I understand, I disable servers firewall and the sensor doesn't have firewall. I have a cisco switch between them that it is not blocking the snmp.
