What's the trick to set NCM 7.4 Comparisons to ignore the green plus sign?

I've not found the explanation for the green "plus" sign in Cisco configs (as seen by NCM on the left side of the image below) but I'd like to know how to ignore it in configuration comparisons. Ideas?
