Thwach activation in Solar Winds NCM summary page

Hi,

I would like to know that how to enable Thwach activation in Solar Winds applications like NCM. In each Application Summary Page there is

option for Thwach messages.

Please suggest how to activate this especially in NCM summary page?

If you are merely looking to add a thwack resource to an existing web console view, do the following:

Click Customize Page in the top right corner of the view to which you want to add the thwack resource.
Click + next to the appropriate column.
Select the thwack resource you want to add.
Click Submit.

Let me know if you need something different,

Hi,

Thanks, Did we need some login credential for this? Now It showing "Unable to contact Thwack Server" even the internet access is enable on the that server?

Hi,

We follow the instruction which are mention in below article but after applying the configuration we could not access

the server and Error Showing " Internal Server Error" Error Code " 500".

Please suggest your best soultion
