Reporting application response time from APM

I use APM monitor with component type of "HTTP monitor" pointing our intranet website to monitor response time of it from at least one server from each of 28 locations globally. When month finished one scheduled report sends e-mail with list of all servers with average response time of intranet for "Last Month".

I used that scheduled report from February but each time I run it manually in March I got different values of "Last Month Average". It looks like the average response time being calculated from last data - not historical. I'm little confused and have few questions:

Maybe calculation of average use more precise data as long as they cover "Last Month" before aggregation. (I have model 7/30/365)?

Does it mean the report is not for "Last Month" but average of last 30 days?

Should I look at Component average?

Is there any bug in Report Writer or in APM ... or maybe Leap Year issue again?

I changed name and group so I'm not sure if it was 'Daily Availability Application' or 'Daily Availability Component' type but on top od Designer tab is title:

'Report Designer - Historical: APM - Daily Application Availability"
