NPM Interface issue

I have a new deploy of Orion w/ NMP/NTA/IPAM/SAM/DPM.

I am monitoring a bunch of Extreme networks switches. NPM does not seem to be seeing packet loss from a particular interface. The interface in monitored and I am using SNMPv3. What would cause errors/drops and what not to not be monitored or be accumulating in Orion?

I've done deploys in the past w/ Extreme and have never had this issue and have never had to do custom pollers to do that.

Is this the same Extreme device type you've deployed before, or is it a new model?
Is this Extreme device using the same OS as the others in your environment, or is it a new version?

I don't think so, I can add the node and all of its interfaces, its not pulling in the interface stats. And yes I've used the same model/firmware before.

Have you run an snmpwalk on the device yet from the orion poller? Id be curious to see if normal interface errors oids are available.
