Cirrus Reports Issues

We use the inventory reports pretty heavily. We have seen two issues that have been troublesome since we bought the product. For one, in the Cisco Cards Report, nothing but routers show up (so no switches, or firewalls or anything) and in the CDP report, a meaningful switch port description pops up for for IOS swtiches, but not CatOS switches. Can anyone help out with this?
