Problem with inventory reports in NCM web console

Hi,

I'm trying to run some inventory reports using the NCM web GUI. When selecting reports for Windows servers, I get the message "You cannot run inventory reports before running an invenotry on your nodes. Pleas perform full inventory using Orion Network Configuration Manager application."

The problem I see is that I continue to receive this message even after going into the NCM application on the server and running the full inventory. Anyone know what I'm overlooking?
