We have noticed some of the customers contacting support with have NO BACKUP PLAN in place before starting upgrade.
Kindly make sure you have Full System and Orion DB backup before you start making any changes to the System - Installing any HF or Upgrading so in case of any urgency backup plan can be used.
Your check list
Make sure you have Full System backup (snapshot) ready
Full Orion DB backup ready to be restored (Loop your DBA )
Make sure and test your environment worked with your backup plan so in case this can be reverted
