Not able to get to Device Template under NCM/Advanced

I am not sure if my NCM version not current, or missing a licensed item. When I try to use device template under NCM in this forum, I am not able to find the "Device Template" as described in the Chapter 6 or online help . Here is my screen capture. Thanks in advance.

Hi bkao_cfmws, your NCM might not be on latest version. Creating and Modifying templates on web console was introduced when NCM v7.4 released. If you are using NCM v7.3 or below. You can find the device templates on your NCM server, locate the NCM installer folder on Program Files. You can edit or modify your templates here. To apply these templates, just go to any node on Orion Webconsole and click Edit, under NCM properties, you can specify here the template you want to use on your device. I hope this helps.

Your NCM version must be 7.4 or above. You can check the version in the footer of the web console

Yes we are still on 7.3.

Following what rickrocks suggests I am able to work on my Avaya template!
