Installing this Version
To install this version of Cirrus Configuration Manager, you do not need to uninstall your previous version. Shutdown any running Cirrus applications, and then run the setup program. The setup program will detect and uninstall your previous version without a loss of customizations.

This didn't seem to work for me...has anyone else tried the upgrade?

Could you provide more details on what you are seeing? Any specific error messages?

I could be missing something but it says just to run the setup file. I have done this and noticed no change in the product version. Does this upgrade change the prodcut ver. under the help tab? Should I be doing Modify, Repiar??? It acts like I'm almost installing the same version.

I've tried twice now. I get the option of "modifying, repairing or removing" the program. I don't see anything I can add to modify it and when it finishes, it looks exactly the same as before. Oh, it still says 3.5 for a version AND it still has the same problem I had before that they have suggested I upgrade to fix.

shewww, I thought it was just me. Can I recommend that when a new version comes out the setup file name follows the version number.

Example V3.5 = SolarWinds-Cirrus-V3.5DL500
Example V3.5.1 = SolarWinds-Cirrus-V3.5.1DL500
