Recently noticed that some but not all nodes are missing the hostname, IP and MAC in the port details area.
Any suggestions on how to fix the problem? Thanks!!

But it may be that some nodes are only monitored by ICMP.
I think you meant to post in the UDT forum since that where that information is coming from none the less see the KB below.
