Ever since upgrading my VM environment to 5.0 my virtual servers show up only as unknown devices. I've rediscovered them and verified that SNMP is running on the ESX servers. When I try to edit the properties of the "unknown" ESX servers in Orion it passes the SNMP test but gets stuck when trying to check the credentials for VMWare polling.
What do I need to do to get this working again? Not being able to poll our virtual machines is a major setback!
Do I have to import or load MIB pollers onto the server hosting Orion? I'm fairly new to Orion and at a complete loss here so any help will be greatly appreciated!
