Hi all:
I have the problem with the configuration download from a 3Com Superstack 3 with the OID per its details 1.3.6.1.4.1.43.10.27.4.1.2.4; when i try to download its configuration the following error appears:
Connection refused.Device IP (ip address)
when i´m using in Communication-->Device command Template--> Autodetermine
when doing validation of credentials, these are ok
And when i´m using in Communication-->Device command Template--> 3Com
In this case when doing validation of credentials, these are bad (bad password)
I´m using the same user and password for both cases.
I would like to build a script in roder to download configuration for this kind of switches, but i´m not familiar with this, could you help me out to do this??, as additional information, the 3Com template as default for the Solarwinds NCM works ok for the 3Com 4210 switches.
