NVQM -NCM

Hi.

i have added devices into NCM and they all show as licensed.

i have added devices int oNVQM and only the devices I added manually show up as licensed?

How do I license? the devices in NVQM?

I have unlimited licences and a using nvqm 4.2

I am having a similar issue. I opened a ticket and dev is now looking at the issue. There is a hotfix that "should" take care of it, so look at your portal to see if you installed all the hotfixes.

SolarWinds VoIP and Network Quality Manager 4.2.2 Hotfix 2

----------------------------------------------------------

This hotfix fixes the following issues:

1. SNMP timeout issues affecting SNMP polling.

2. AXL MSMQ pile up.

3. Phones appear as unlicensed even if an SLAX license is used.

4. Issue with additional poller phones licensing.

This hotfix requires VoIP and Network Quality Manager version 4.2.2.
