Another "lost" feature

I have another request concerning a "lost" feature. After upgrading to v8.5.x. I no longer have the option to configure an account with no menu bar, which was an option available in v8.0.1. Or is there a way to set this in the \InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\MasterPage.master file or in another configuration file?
