I opened a case last week (#35129) about the number of false positive alerts that I'd been receiving from APM. These alerts are all coming from WMI service monitors, that upon further investigation of the windows event viewer show no sign that the service was down. I'm not calling this person a liar, but her first response didn't exactly fill me with confidence. So my question is this. Is this indeed a confirmed bug that resolution is actively being pursued or am I getting the brush-off?
