I'm attempting to do a clean install/upgrade of NCM 7.2.1 after an uninstall and the install keeps failing trying to downgrade the SW Collector. I also have NPM v10.6 running.
The error message I get is:
Attempted to downgrade SolarWinds Collector v2.7.12 is not allowed.
Little back story:
I was attempting to upgrade existing SW to NPM 10.6 and the installer kept failing. After some research and trial/error I had to uninstall all the Solarwinds components on the server, and then did a clean install of NPM v10.6 which was successful. I then tried to install the new version of NCM 7.2.1 and I'm running into this problem.
