Search for the file name on alternate server.
or you can extract all of the offline installers on another host.
Call support and get the direct link to the MSI - its usually somewhere here - https://downloads.solarwinds.com/solarwinds/CatalogResources/DPIXXXXXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX
This error happens every time I upgrade lately with the NTA MSI and I grab it directly from the above NTA related area.
