End Of Sales/End Of Life Information

Please I am looking for some REAL answers, NOT a link to the Administration Guide. (Which I have been over several times)

I have over 1000 devices within my environment and so several devices are of the same make,model and OS version.  My issue comes up when I run the end of life report supplied "out of the box".  One device will show with EOS/EOL information and the other device (two racks over) same make, model and OS will not.

My questions are;

     When is the EOS/EOL information first applied?  (I have NEVER updated or changed this information)

     How can I force a "resync" of the Node Information and the supplied listing for SolarWinds? (Keep mind the following the Admin Guide, does not work).

EDIT - I may be misunderstanding what you're looking for but here's my original message:

Looks like as you enter nodes into NCM it runs a job nightly to update the information.  "Refresh Suggested Dates" is a way to force it.  If that's not working for you perhaps you have a bug - try opening a support case?
