Monitoring Cisco UCCX

Hey all,

I am trying to set up monitoring of a new Cisco UCCX system for a client. I was wondering if anyone else out there has had a crack yet as I'm not 100% positive which services etc I should be watching. Any advice would be very appreciated

Without trying to sound sassy, any service that starts with the workd "Cisco".

There are several Master services that have to be up for UCCX to function correctly. You can find them in the UCCX admin page by clicking on System>Control Center. Those are the main ones to monitor, and probably the best starting point
