I just upgraded to Orion 8.5 with the latest hotfixes and I'm everything appears to have transfered fine except my alert escalation times. I have 3 e-mail alerts and 3 e-mail/SMS alerts that I run for each of my alerts. When an alert triggers I am supposed to receive an e-mail then again at 20 min and again at 1 hour. For the delays I have been using the escalation option on my second 2 e-mails. When an alert has been triggering it sends all three at once and when I check the settings in the alert manager there is no escalation set on my e-mail alerts, instead they are set on my e-mail/SMS alerts (the times are also changed to like 8 hours). I changed it back the first time I noticed thinking it was just from the upgrade and no big deal. Shortly after an alert triggered it reset to the incorrect state. It ran correctly for the remainder of the day so I figured it was fixed. I came back after the first weekend of installing the upgrade and once again I was receiving my all three of my e-mails when the alert triggered and my escalation time had been placed on my e-mail/SMS alerts. I changed the alerts back this morning and also changed the order in which they alert, with the escalation messages being at the bottom (where the e-mail/SMS messages had been). Is there a known issue with this? Am I going to have to worry about this over the weekends or anything?
