How to pull report(excel) of the interfaces which are currently under monitoring ?

If you are using Web based reports, when you view the report, you already have the option to save as Excel file (as well as PDF). If the report is based on the Report Writer reporting engine you can log on to the Orion server, launch the Report Writer application, click on the report to run it and then export to Excel (and many other formats)
