Uninstalled App mon - still shows up in web site

I uninstalled Application Monitor but the label still shows up in the web site. The top banner of my Orion web site lists under MODULES: Application Monitor and NetFlow. I still have and use NetFlow but not App Mon. How do I remove AppMon from the web site?
