can't get temperature readout of CISCO devices

Is it normal that I can readout the ciscoEnvMonTemperatureStatus from only a few CISCO devices ?

I'm not able to do it from 3750 and 2950 switches, but I'm able to readout the temperature from 4500 and 2821 devices.

I've done a SHOW snmp MIB on both devices and the MIB is in the list.

Most Cisco switches such as the 3750 only display temp OK or not ok. This is true for the CLI as well as SNMP.

3750#sh env temp
TEMPERATURE is OK

Sometimes you can do a sh env all:

3560#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
Temperature Value: 46 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 56 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 66 Degree Celsius
POWER is OK
RPS is NOT PRESENT

I'm also interested in these values....what IOS are you running on the 3560? I would like to be able to read the temperature value.

3560B#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
POWER is OK
RPS is NOT PRESENT
