Hello, How do I produce a config change report that provides all configuration changes on a specific device historically, or within a specified time period?

Can you be more specific?
If you're looking for a report that does them all individually, not sure quite how to do that.
However, if you're looking for cumulative changes from one date to another, check out the "Configs" tab on the node details. There are several options for config changes, once of which you can basically give it a start and end dates and it will pull up the changes since then. I'd try to be more specific, but I'm upgrading my server and can't get into it right now!
