Orion report writer max transmit bps is shown as -2

In Orion report writer max transmit bps is shown as -2 for few elements

at the same time in the chart we can see proper data for those elements for the same time period

why this must be happening? Any solution for this?

Thanks for the reply.

I have read the one line reason for this error. What does that mean and how to resolve this problem?

The Orion Web Console displays -2 when the relevant network object is not returning data, as requested.

How come same network object is providing data to chart for plotting utilization. For the same period report writer is saying -2. This needs explanation.

We don't have SNMP access to those devices or those device do not support the MIB we are attempting to poll. What type of devices are these?
