NCM - Login problem on my device

Question

Hello,

I have a problem to login on my device (I think it's a template problem with the prompt) :

When I test during "add device" => it works => Validate login (Username and password OK)

but if i analyze trace : 3 times the same login :

But If I try to download a config, I receive this error  :

Connexion refused

If I tried to login with ssh client (putty), I receive this :

login as: adminssh

adminssh@192.168.0.193's password:
