Hi Guys,
I am trying to create a custom view in my EOC to house all necessary resources for my support team, and by using Active Alerts, I manage to allow the monitoring of the thin wireless APs as well. But I noticed the Alerts in my EOC is not showing any Advanced Alerts, which i can see in my Various NPMs. There are Advanced Alerts showing in my NPMs, but just not in EOC.
Anyone came across this problem as well?
