APM reports Active Directory services down when CPU hits max on a process

I'm monitoring Active Directory services using APM Windows Services Monitor. When the CPU hits max on a particular service, it triggers an alert stating the application is down when it really isn't.

What have others done to monitor Active Directory where this doesn't occur?

Which component is showing as down when this occurs? What information is displayed when you hover over the info box? How often does it occur?

I should edit myselft and say that this occurs when the CPU maxes out on the domain controller all-together, not for a particular service. The components W32time, netlogon, RPC service, etc. all report as down when the CPU maxes out on a domain controller.

This occurs randomly and infrequently. I don't have the information from hovering over the information box. I'll keep watch for this.
