I'm trying to launch the network Atlas from the Orion server. When it prompts me to login I'm using the Orion server credentials, but I keep getting an error stating that username/password is invalid.
Try entering a username and password that you created in orion, using the password that is stored in orion. Not sure if you are using AD auth or not... It doesnt seem to be used by Network Atlas.
Network Atlas does not support AD, therefore you have to use your Orion ID and password. If you still cannot login, please contact our support.
I've gotten my rear handed to me on this...make sure your clock and the server time you are connecting to are within 5 minutes (I think) of eachother. error handling SUCKS on this one.
