Has anyone successfully backed up/archived an F5 ARX configuration using NCM?

I am happy to report that after working with F5 and SW (Destiny & Francois) that our F5 ARX are now being backed up (running and global config).

I opened a support case and the response was make a feature request. Since NCM is able to log in and pull the basic config, but not the global F5 ARX config, can NCM not issue a custom copy command configured by me to pull the global config versus having to wait a year to several years for just the possibility a feature request will be available?

I continue to be unimpressed with Solarwinds support of F5 devices in general. NCM does not adequatly capture a backup of the Big-IP devices and the alternatives provided thus really just fall way short of abeing a reasonble supported option.

This, despite F5 supposedly being a "Synergy Technology Partner", which really leaves me thinking this program really isn't about building solutions that help mutual customers.
